Undergraduate Loan

Whether you’ve just graduated from high school or you’re going back to college, the START Undergraduate Loan could be for you. Students enrolled at least half-time can borrow from $1,000 to the full cost of education less any financial aid received. Three repayment options available - including full deferral of both principal plus interest until six months after graduation or you leave school!

Graduate Loan

Need help financing your graduate education? A START Graduate Loan is designed to give you the flexibility you need to manage your education expenses. Additional deferment available for medical students in an internship or residency program. You may apply with a co-signer or on your own signature.

Continuing Education Loan

Now that you’ve chosen your continuing education program, it’s time to think about paying for it. The START Continuing Education Loan is designed to help students attending school on a less than half-time basis. Repayment may be deferred for up to 2 years (depending on type of program and enrollment status).

The START Health Professions Loan is designed specifically for students in various health professions programs and offers maximum flexibility throughout your education, training, and residency programs.

K-12 Loan

With the START K-12 Loan you can borrow to help pay for your child’s private elementary or secondary school education. Borrow from $1,000 to the lesser of $20,000 or the cost of attendance minus other aid received annually per student (subject to an $80,000 aggregate maximum).
